Within 3 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service at 00-971-54 321 9683 or email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund or exchange. Please mail all returns to our warehouse in Dubai. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed. Due to health regulations, “Doggy Be” is unable to accept an item which has been used, damaged or soiled by your pet after receipt; and for hygiene reasons, toys are not eligible for return except for significant manufacturing defect. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. “Doggy Be” cannot be held responsible if the item is lost or damaged by the courier company during return.
Refunds are not available for discounted orders
Most returns result from incorrect size of bed ordered. We strongly urge you to check the product dimensions on the Sizing Chart to see if the item is an appropriate size for your pet. When in doubt, please feel free to call Customer Service and someone will gladly assist you.
